PFC Flexible Circuits expands Flex Circuit Surface Mount capacity and capabilities
August 23, 2010 - Toronto, Ontario Canada. PFC Flexible Circuits Limited announced today that it has expanded its assembly capacity and its capabilities.

This machine allows us to do buried and blind vias down to 100 microns. It also allows us to compensate panel movement on high layer count flex or ultra thin materials to achieve proper drill and artwork registration.
